finnish leftists should understand that we already live like in america because finnish social services do not work and will never work

one such thing that is a symbol of the entire finnish social system and its inoperability, is the "notification of concern" (in finnish "huoli-ilmoitus").

i have had it twice. the first time was when my narcissistic father sent it "due to financial concerns" just to fuck around. the second time was because a person wanted to scare me with the authorities, who would take me somewhere for forced psychiatric treatment, due to a political manhunt. they both don't really like me, do they?

but here's the funniest thing: they both thought the notification of concern would lead to something concrete. like okay, if i had agreed to their things (or in the latter case, the police would have taken me to a psychiatric hospital) then what the hell would that have helped?

financial worries? okay, can these social security authorities affect my debt burden? no. why? it's debt, what do you think? do you think someone could just snap their fingers and erase my debt? finnish employment agencies are completely useless, i've never received any concrete help from them and i've always found a job on my own because their advice is outdated. what the hell are these services supposed to help with getting a job? they don't help, they are purely sheltered jobs for untalented social workers. they are making money off the unemployed and laughing at the bank amidst this mass unemployment. then even if you get a job, it's always some fucking gig job with a shitty salary that's not enough to live on. the job market is pure gamble.

those people who generally say "yes, at least i got a job through employment agencies :)" don't understand that they didn't get a job because the employment agency made it possible, but because of your highly employable degree. it's easy for you to say, as a nurse, lawyer, teacher, psychologist, police officer, prostitute, priest, doctor, etc., that i got a job from publicly funded employment agencies. you're just lucky, you happen to be interested in something that employed you.

what about compulsory treatment or referral to therapy? both are completely useless.

"it's not useless", tell me you haven't studied psychology without telling me you haven't studied psychology. the smartest psychologists know how to accept the criticism that psychology/psychiatry cannot focus on sociological themes at all, but always finds fault with the person themselves and not with social problems. there is also a debate about forced treatment related to human rights.

compulsory treatment is pointless because, frankly, it's not even ethical and the healing process cannot be forced. i would question the narrative of "care" anyway, how is it care that you are locked up in prison-like conditions without knowing when you will get out and there are some violent crazy junkies there with whom you even have to sleep in the same room. it makes mental health problems worse, it's not good for mental health, it takes away a person's autonomy and it causes completely unreasonable suffering when you are subjected to violence from your roommates. what the fuck, why is involuntary treatment even a thing? you're being imprisoned for mental health issues, basically. imagine being traumatized by some event so much that you are completely out of this world and then you are put in prison with violent people. this is what they call "care". they don't want to treat you, you don't even need their "treatment", they want to keep you in detention because you lose your humanity the very second you are declared crazy when you feel completely normal emotions about adversity. in this sterile post-industrial society, a person must not be a person who acts in a species-typical manner, but they must be medicated and imprisoned to silence.

going to therapy isn't going to work and it would be much more sensible to use artificial intelligence as therapist, which is a scapegoat for all the world's problems for you performative middle-class leftists. usually the "therapy" you get from public healthcare isn't even real deep psychotherapy, but cognitive-behavioral therapy for the masses. what's wrong with cognitive-behavioral therapy? everything. it's practically a rich-splaining but in the world of psychology. oh, you're poor? well, instead of teaching you sociology so you'd learn that your poverty is structural, i'll gaslight you into thinking that it's your fault and you're just mentally ill. finnish cognitive-behavioral therapy in public healthcare is usually done through a mental health nurse, i.e. by a person who, due to their education, can never achieve even the most basic class consciousness.
