Finnish police is a joke



Okay, so. The Finnish police intervene if I speak publicly about the sexual harassment of Ella Viinikainen and her friend on Twitter and if I make 1,200 Instagram calls to Evgenia Palve when I ask what you think about your mother Kirsi Palve liking a post that seems pro-Russian. And then it was a misunderstanding but they still decide to file a criminal report against me and I was disappointed with my apology, because I caught Kirsi on tape saying "yes, a person has the freedom to be a Putinist in Finland", so in practice she is a Putinist. It should also tell you a lot that as you can see in the case of Evgenia Palve, you can't find any information under her name which is strange considering she allegedly attended University of Edinburgh. Is that even your name? She's a fucking 100% sure spy.

But then when I call 911, when 3-4 people are beating and kicking a person on the ground who is bruised and covered in blood, the police aren't interested. The emergency center said to keep the phone open even after the fight ended because the police will call you soon with more information. Well, they haven't called, they didn't even go to the scene. "The fight is over, they don't need to come.", but then the police need to call me after I hadn't posted about Ella in several months and the police needed to break into my room after I didn't call Evgenia about her Putinist mother Kirsi for three hours.

I also remember when my classmate was stabbed by her ex-boyfriend and on top of that, he physically stalked my classmate so that I witnessed the stalking myself. The police weren't interested, even though her ex-boyfriend violated the restraining order.

If the Finnish police's prioritization is such that "online harassment" (which in my case is nothing more than holding people accountable publicly) is addressed and not real crime (violent crimes, sexual crimes, thefts, home burglaries, violations of restraining orders), then it shouldn't be too surprising why you don't get justice. This fucking country lets rapists, murderers, robbers, and hardened criminals do absolutely anything, but then those who want to hold people socially accountable in a sustainable way, then we're interested in you.
