How this world works and the justification of current necropolitics
I think that we are currently in this interesting post-welfare state period, where espesically the nordics have realized that their system isn't sustainable and is already collapsed. Now they're trying to make subtle structural necropolitics in order to stop furthering the economical regression.
The main plot of this necropolitical climate is the fact that ok, first we had several waves of humanitarian refugees. Obviously, you should take them, because they fled from civil wars and American imperialist oil wars. Ok, now they're here, but it's too expensive to keep refugees unemployed, so what they do? They employ them as the cheap labour. And, what else? They don't want Finnish workers. Why? Because Finnish labour is already too expensive and they won't aquire proper higher education. So Finnish upper class wants that we have cheap labour and that the finnish working class people should stop whining and get higher education, so they want finnish working class to escape to finnish middle class. What happens if they don't do it? Then they will be the victims of post-welfare era necropolitics.
So ok, what is the moral justification of necropolitics of that kind? Well, refugees never asked for a war. So they fled from countries, that already had low-rate of social mobility due to non-existent infrastructure and lack of proper education. It's understandable that they don't have proper education and end up in low-skill jobs. However, Finnish working class is the most pampered class in finland. They had many possibilities and chances given in the silver tray, like free higher education, that they deliberatively rejected. It's understandable that some person from third world country is uneducated and will be rest of their lives, but the finnish white working class people should know better, they can't act dumb and pretend that this society never asked them to be more educated and be proper citizens. So in short, it's more understandable to be structurally "stupid" than deliberatively stupid. So wise men (finnish upper class) wants that deliberatively stupid (finnish white working class) grabs a book (gets academic education, become upper middle class) and hands out their jobs to people, that never knew of anything better (structurally uneducated refugees that cannot do anything else than low-skill jobs, their children from like third generation will be middle class).
So why we need necropolitics? Well, because working class people from first world countries deliberatively don't want to escape to middle class. It's already seen in their populist parties that openly are anti-science, anti-academic anti-intellectual and racist. They rejected the values of new leftists. Old leftists wanted better working conditions and pay for working class, and new leftists wants working class to escape to middle class. People from academic elite and economic elite are fed up with them. They usually don't get employed, because first world countries have been deindustrializing themselves for several decades and move their industries to china, southeast asia and third world countries so in first world countries there's less jobs for manual workers because we don't need that much of western manual workers anymore, they're too expensive and they should just get higher education.
So what happens when working class people don't have as much jobs before? They end up to welfare. Even if they work, they nonetheless end up there because their salaries are too small in order to make ends meet. They can't raise their salaries, because they can't compete with companies that use cheaper labour. This causes the higher taxation rate and people aren't really pleased with that. Espesically, when there's less people working and more less-educated people on welfare doing absolutely nothing academic wise.
What upper class do? They are lobbying for austericy policies that cuts shit ton of subsidies from welfare and salaries of working class people. Why? Because they had tree stage austericy policy, that finally got into it's last stage. First stage, they had cut subsidies and salaries first to the level that you can't have proper middle-class standard of living. Second stage, they had cut these things to the level that your standard of living is living in the poverty line. Now, third stage, it's necropolitics, now they actually want that they don't have children and more pleasantly, die off.
What is the motive behind it? To make working class people so desperate that they'll finally give up their pride and just fucking read the book, become academic middle class. Apparently, no matter how much subsidies you'll cut, they still choose to be stubborn and remain less educated. So now, they have to cut the welfare so they end up being drug addicted homeless people that will eventually die during winter.
Even though I oppose democracy and want to change it epistocracy, I understand also necropolitics in sense of it being the way of preserving the proper functioning democracy. If these people don't die off, then we will literally end up being fascist dictatorship like USA. We already see what happens if you are keeping american working class uneducated and don't get rid off the white trash rednecks who became angry white permanently unemployed or underpaid incel scum that got laid off in their rust belt cities and wont grab a book.
It's just not only about suistanable economy or having proper democracy, it's about the culture itself. Do you want that the finnish culture is something to adore or racist white trash shithole culture that nobody wants to preserve? Do you want the culture be more like Nietzscheian master morality culture or a shitty slave morality culture where everyone just fucking whines, do nothing productive and if they do something productive and succeed, they get fucking envy as if it's their fault that you all are losers. Yes, we are losers, you all claim that we are the greatest nation, yet we are poorest country in the nordics, we haven't developed any economic growth during two decades and pisa ranking has plundered. University of Helsinki isn't in any top 100 university rankings anymore. No, it's not the immigrants, our economic and intellectual fall started before the immigration crisis. We barely have any culture because nobody demands intellectually or artistically anything from Finns. Like, why you all are nationalistic if you don't want preserve the culture itself and build more of culture? Isn't the culture the central part of any ethnicity? So why you all are proud of being finns if you hate preserving finnish culture so much?
A culture where nothing is demanded of anyone, but where too much support and pay is given for the non-existent level of demands, leads to cultural decay and degeneracy. Let's think for a moment about the contemporary political climate in Finland. In Finland, political groups are largely cults of victimhood. The working class that votes for right-wing populists blames immigrants, gays, and Jews for their misfortune, even though they should blame themselves for their own lack of interest in education. The left is voted for by middle-class people and they blame the rich for their position, even though they should blame themselves, because they are not interested in writing a dissertation and defending their doctorate.
Doctorate is the new masters, education has experienced inflation and there is a desire to tighten the conditions for admission to study. It always pisses me off to hear "why don't you increase the number of degree places", when those numbers are kept small for one reason only; we want the most motivated students. The rigor of the exam also always indicates that the conclusion has been reached that there are not many qualified students, so the conditions must be tightened when the skills are weaker. If the less gifted would try to become better so that they can pass a more rigorous test, it would be in everyone's interest. The stricter the exam, the more that person is actually interested in studying the subject they claim to be "interested in." This is especially important in highly responsible fields, where there is no room for people who are not interested in their customers or doing science, but only in money and the abuse of power. Like, of course bullies want to be nurses or police officers because these professions give them a position of power. That's why I can't even listen to the whining from vocational school and university of applied sciences students about how these entrance exam requirements have become stricter. Or for example, research universities complain about the lack of psychology positions. Yes, because not just anyone is suitable to be a psychologist and the selection process is strict because Finns are not a very emotionally intelligent people. We don't need more shitty therapists, they are a concrete factor that increases the risk of suicide. So it's no wonder that people have started using artificial intelligence as a therapist, when Finnish therapists are like mental prostitutes, it's easy to make money by just nodding and not saying anything sensible.
Often leftist identity politics is based on this strange "I'm a victim too!" to distract from the working class, which is ironic because they claim to want to help the working class and claim to be in the same boat, even though they want the privileges of the middle class not to be distributed to the working class. Like no, the middle class doesn't have real problems, so they pull things like gender ideology and intersectionality out of their arses. Managerial class is in crisis, so they need to play victim in order to stay relevant. They don't understand that their victim play doesn't do anything, but they need to educate themselves beyond a master's degree. That way they would naturally gain benefits for themselves without having to fear the benefits trickling down to the working class. On top of that, they need to learn to be intellectually honest, no, you are not a demographic comparable to the working class, you are not in the same boat. If you had the same interests, the working class would stop voting racist monkeys into parliament. You know very well that the Finnish working class is made up of white trash, and if you don't know this, I'm worried.
