my honest worldview

I believe that a person's worth is measured by nothing other than how well they succeed academically. Frankly, the worse someone does in school, the more I consider them to be, well, just an animal. He's like a meowing cat or a barking dog. Of course you care about that creature and feel sympathy for them, but you don't ask the cat or dog for their opinion on the matter. They're just pets, companions.

Where my morals meet is when a person starts to claim that despite his or her lack of awareness, he or she should have some autonomy and influence. He or she shouldn't, and that's what this whole society is based on. When you start studying any sociological phenomenon, you realize that ultimately it's because smart people don't want to be around stupid people. Smart people want to preserve their own peace and not bring chaos to it caused by stupid people.

I can treat a person like a nice cat and dog, if they understand how to be intellectually humble, that they understand that as an uneducated person they cannot comment on things like an expert. But then when a person becomes narcissistic, meaning they think they should have power even though they don't have the competence to comment on the whole thing, they become everything I hate. And this type of person is the majority of uneducated people, because there is a concept like Dunning-Kruger.

The reason why I don't care about a biting cat, but instead I care about a poorly educated person who wants to fuck around, is because the cat is an animal who doesn't have any moral agency, but in other hand, humans do have moral agency. So okay, you fuck around with people just because you want power for yourself, even though you don't deserve it. You've decided in your own life that you're not interested in educating yourself or acquiring the skills of knowledge work.

This is where the point comes down to why I especially hate white trash, poor white people who vote for racist parties. I don't just see this as a white trash thing, but the whole fucking working class is such a bunch of scum that votes for such shitty parties to power, that's why we have, for example, these "I'm good immigrant" coconut tokenist politicians who vote for crappy parties that act against their interests.

The working class is so fucking pathetic that they vote for parties that hate minorities and they blame minorities for their own shitty situation. but their shitty situation is not due to minorities, or even the rich, but to themselves. The reason why the rich hire that foreigner for a cheaper price and don't want to employ a working class person from the native population is precisely because the Western working class is a fucking expensive employee. Oh why? Because Western employees don't understand the consept of self-improvement. From one era to another, more and more should always be demanded of people. How else would you think humanity has developed, other than by demanding more? The foreigner has motivation, because if he gets fired, he will be deported from the country. A Western employee can be lazy and call the union if they dare to demand anything from him. "Are you demanding that he perform better? Raise his salary!"

I'm sick of the whole attitude that "so if more is required of me, then I should get paid more!" when ok, if you can't do the job by today's standards but stay there several decades into the past, then you should quit your job and do something else, when you clearly can't do that job at the current level of requirements. Raising the level of requirements always means that the job doesn't produce results today. It doesn't even sound ethical to say that, especially if you work in a field where you really have to be interested in educating yourself. Or how would it sound if a psychologist said that he wasn't interested in studying more about mental health problems, but that he should be paid more so that he would be interested in people's problems. Such a psychologist shouldn't be surprised over the years why there aren't any clients. No one wants to go to overpriced therapy where the psychologist isn't interested in your problems anyway. This can now be understood as a general mentality among employers, employers do not want employees who are not interested in doing work and demand a higher salary for minimal work input.

These people don't understand that 150 years ago, what was required of workers in school was reading the alphabet. Nowadays, more is required in school. Does this general increase in the level of requirements over 150 years mean that we should always pay more and more? If we were to do accounting from ancient Egypt onwards, then we postmodern people of the 2020s should be earning millions of euros a month working at McDonalds. This world would never have progressed if wages were always raised for jobs that required minimum standards; those wages are bound to remain the same as the standards increase.
