The only reason antisemitism arose and Jews have been persecuted for 2000 years is because Jews proved Christianity and Islam false. A petty reason, isn't it? And yeah, also because Jews are successful and Europeans and Arabs are bunch of losers who wont take any responsibility and blame the Jews for everything, even though they should blame what they find in the mirror.
Why have Christians always hated Jews? Because Christianity, as a sect of Judaism, is clearly heresy according to Jewish theology. Let's start with Jewish eschatology.
The Jewish religion does not include the idea that a person could ever be a god, nor a god a person. Besides, the messiah is a king, a human king, and the messiah is not a god. Of course, God is a heavenly king, but he must be distinguished from a human king, and the prophecies expected a king of the royal blood from the lineage of David, who would save the Jewish people and bring eternal world peace.
Well, let's think about the thought process of Christianity. The Messiah must be a person who comes from the lineage of the Davidic dynasty through the paternal line? Well, is Jesus related to David by blood? No. It's funny when there's even a finnish Lutheran christmas hymn "Hoosianna, Daavidin poika" (Hoshiana, son of David), where people want so badly to think that Jesus is the son of David when he is not.
If Christianity is theologically coherent, we shouldn't think that he's messiah and God. And even in New Testament, Jesus himself says many times, that he isn't God.
Mark 10:17-18
"17 As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him. “Good teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone."
